The Wireless Sales Executive shall have responsibility selling Dorado's - Hetnet line of solutions to Wireless Service Providers (WSP) Globally:

Dorado Software (http://doradosoftware.com) is a leading provider of Service Provider Operational Support Systems (OSS) software. The Dorado suite of network and service management products automates network operations and enables Service Providers to quickly and easily add and manage new revenue-generating services for both physical and virtual network environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define territory plan for the region
  • Identify key accounts and opportunities in the region
  • Identify and recruit key partners in the region
  • Coordinate resources required to execute sales opportunities and support them from a technical sales executive perspective
  • Engage with customers and marketing to understand market trends
  • Participate in Management Team activities to define and improve internal processes
  • Display a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Work with the Support Teams to manage and communicate customer commitments and expectations
  • Perform Competitor Analysis and provide key intelligence to the sales and marketing teams
  • Maintaining up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
  • Establishing and maintaining industry contacts that lead to sales

Professional Skills and Experience

Develop and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations and close sales in a professional manner by:

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written). Must be proficient with verbal and written communication using the English Language.
  • Technical management experience including oversight of 2 or more junior technical staff for more than 1 year.
  • Project Management skills and experience, including experience using Project Management software tools such as Microsoft Project (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience interfacing on a regular basis and being accountable to executive management of both the customer and employer.
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience with specific network management and service provisioning application experience.
  • Proven experience creating and executing Test Plans.
  • Proven experience performing business requirement analysis and documenting requirements.
  • Able to work odd hours and upon short notice as requested by the client.

Required Technical Skills/Experience

  • Completely understanding the customer's technical needs and requirements
  • Developing sales and marketing proposals for customers on technical products and services
  • Making presentations and demonstrations for clients, OEMs, users, partners, etc.
  • Developing technical presentations and workshops
  • Maintaining up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends & competitive products
  • Making regular calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads
  • Establishing long-term, ongoing repeat relationships
  • Acting to close deals and finalize contacts
  • Meeting established sales quotas and revenue goals

Education

  • BA, BS or MS degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Sciences or Business

Experience

  • Experience selling strategic software
  • Experience in selling OSS/Network Management software
  • Experience selling to the WSP community is a plus
  • Application Software implementation experience (commercial software experience preferred)
