Tim Sebring
Founder and CEO
Prior to founding Dorado Software, Tim served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Objective Systems Integrators where he led sales, marketing, professional services and support staff from a small start-up to a publicly held corporation and leader in the communications industry. Before joining OSI, Tim also held various engineering positions at GTE.
Tim holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Philippe Caymaris
VP Service Provider Sales, EMEA & APAC
Philippe is responsible for Service Provider sales in the European, Middle East, Africa and Asian markets. Prior to joining Dorado Software, Philippe held senior manager positions in business development and sales for Cisco Systems. In addition, Philippe has over eighteen years of successful global sales, business development, and management experience in the telecommunications industry where he has held a number of senior management roles with companies such as Cisco, 3Com, Kabia, Agilent, Objective Systems Integrators.
Philippe holds a Master in Computer Sciences from E.S.I.E.A, Paris, France.
Shane Eliason
Vice President, Enterprise Sales
Shane comes to Dorado Software with over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management for companies like Altiris, IBM, Simon & Schuster and Peregrine, as well several startup companies. As Vice President of Sales, Shane was an integral part of the rapid growth of Altiris, now part of Symantec. At Altiris, he grew revenues in multiple markets as his area of responsibility grew from $10 Million to over $135 Million.
He has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Finance with an emphasis on technology from Brigham Young University.
Bob Sobczak
Vice President, Service Provider Sales, Americas
Prior to joining Dorado Software, Bob was Vice-President of North American Sales for Intec Telecom Systems. Bob brings to Dorado Software over twenty-five years of successful sales and management experience in the telecommunications industry where he has held a number of senior management roles with such companies as Nortel and Objective Systems Integrators. During his career, Bob has gained a reputation for sound management, leadership and outstanding customer relations. His philosophy of team building, hard work and fair and ethical business practice earned him this credible reputation among his customers and industry peers alike.
Bob has completed programs at University of Michigan, Executive Mgmt. Program, and Fairleigh Dickinson University, MBA Program
Vicki Crozier
Vice President, Marketing
Vicki brings extensive marketing experience to Dorado and prior to joining the company, held various account management positions at Ketchum Communications (OmniCom Group), where she developed and executed branding and marketing strategies for her accounts. She also held various sales and marketing positions at Knight Ridder and Federated Investors.
Vicki holds a B.S. degree in Communications from Pennsylvania State University.
Mike Grote
Vice President, Product Management
As VP, Product Management, Mike is responsible for product strategy, definition and positioning plans for all of Dorado's software products. Mike brings over twelve years experience in the network/systems management industry and has owned product management and marketing strategy responsibilities for global high tech companies including Sun Microsystems and GlobalSight Corporation.
Mike holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Chico and an MBA from San Jose State University.
Leslie Tarnacki
Vice President, Operations and Human Resources
Leslie has a broad range of human resources and management experience from both large corporations as well as start up environments in the telecom, software and services industries. Prior to joining Dorado, Leslie held HR positions at Ai Metrix, Frontier Communications, and TIA International, supporting thousands of employees.
Leslie holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
