Redcell Service Center-Layer (RSC-L3) automates network management and supports edge-to-core, multi-vendor, optimized layer 3 MPLS VPN administration. It can automate and consolidate VPN administration, for flow-through VPN provisioning.

RSC-L3 can centrally manage VPNs, configuring the edge routers to establish connecting sites in the customer VPN. And when used in conjunction with RSC-MPLS, you can define the paths that customer information will traverse across the MPLS backbone
