All Dorado customers are provided with unlimited calls and email support to Dorado's Technical Support Center during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST), excluding US standard holidays. In addition, Dorado offers an enhanced support package that includes unlimited calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
